By accessing or using DoBeacon ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

DoBeacon provides tools for creating and deploying guided product tours, onboarding flows, and interactive walkthroughs on websites. The Service is provided as-is and may be updated or modified at any time.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe any third-party rights, transmit malicious code, or interfere with the Service's operation. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by DoBeacon and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your content remains yours — you grant DoBeacon a limited license to host and deliver it as part of the Service.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoBeacon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We may retain data as required by law or our backup policies.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
